D400 Access covers are designed for carriageways of roads (including pedestrian streets), hard shoulders and parking areas, for all types of road vehicles.  Highways England – DMRB CD534 V0.1.0 Compliant range of Ductile access manhole covers and frames.  CD534 is a technical regulation replacing HA104/09.
